About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to join their Regulatory Compliance Mobility Solution (RCMS) Team. The team has commenced a complex program of work to uplift the base RCMS product, incorporating new sophisticated features and integrations with internal and external systems.

The successful candidate will be joining a software development team that is continuously delivering major product enhancements in alignment with strategic goals set by the organisation's Board. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior business stakeholders and users to drive uniformity of on-road compliance and enforcement for the heavy vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities
  • Manage delivery against sprint plans and quarterly planning increments.
  • Monitor and report on sprint progress and against quarterly performance indicators.
  • Manage product team performance by ensuring objectives and tasks are clearly understood.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning sessions with Product Owners and product teams to identify solutions to business problems/opportunities and breakdown solutions into feature epics.
  • Facilitate user story refinement sessions and work with Product Owners to ensure product teams clearly understand their requirements.
  • Implement a continuous improvement process as part of effective agile delivery governance and oversight.
  • Resolve issues and remove impediments to product team delivery.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to build high performing product delivery teams and deliver in an Agile-SCRUM environment.
  • Capability to assess, measure and report on achievements, enable changes to program scope direction and ensure benefit realisation and milestones are achieved.
  • Well-developed analytical, problem solving and organisational skills with an ability to meet priorities, competing deadlines and use of sound judgement in decision making.
