Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive Client Account Manager to nurture and grow relationships within the airline sector in New South Wales.
The role involves managing the customer journey, driving retention, expansion, and success through our SaaS solutions, and collaborating across teams to deliver value.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow client relationships within the airline industry, focusing on retention and revenue growth.
Own the full sales cycle, including onboarding, upselling, and renewals.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Deliver tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative approach.
Identify growth opportunities and structure deals that provide real value.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring they achieve success with our products.
Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.
Skills and Experience
Experience leading account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.
Understanding of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.
Proven track record in upselling strategic services.
Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.
Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through noise.
