Job Role: Premium Client Account Manager

Join the Premium Client Management Team that manages relationships with high-value clients across one of the world's leading online trading platforms. This hybrid role combines account management with business development, giving you direct responsibility for managing a portfolio of premium clients whilst driving revenue growth.

Your career progression is clearly mapped out in this position. You'll fast-track your learning in financial markets whilst building expertise in client relationship management and business development. What You'll Be Working On:
  • Providing proactive, high-quality relationship management for high-value clients to ensure positive, tailored experiences and revenue growth.
  • Responding to inbound client queries professionally via phone and email.
  • Educating clients about our products and services.
  • Cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
What Type Of Person Will Be Successful:

You thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments where building genuine relationships drives success. You have 1-3 years' experience in sales, relationship management, or customer service within the financial markets industry. You hold an undergraduate degree, are RG146 certified, and have eligibility to work permanently in Australia.
