You will own the customer journey—driving retention, expansion, and success—while collaborating across teams to deliver value through our SaaS solutions.
If you are passionate about strategic partnerships and supporting SMEs, we want to hear from you.Responsibilities:Manage and grow mid-market client relationships, focusing on retention and revenue expansion.Own the entire sales cycle—from onboarding to upselling and renewals.Maintain accurate pipeline data using Salesforce and HubSpot.Deliver tailored SaaS solutions through a consultative, data-driven approach.Identify growth opportunities and structure deals to maximize value.Act as a trusted advisor to ensure client success with Ideagen's products.Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to enhance engagement and adoption.Skills and Experience:Experience leading high-performing account management or customer success teams in B2B SaaS.Knowledge of pricing strategies and renewal mechanics.Proven success in upselling strategic services.Ability to engage with senior stakeholders confidently.Data-driven, commercially minded, and capable of cutting through noise.About IdeagenIdeagen plays a vital role in various industries—ensuring aircraft safety, food safety, and healthcare quality.
