Position:
Operational Readiness Specialist – Assets
Location:
Perth or Kalgoorlie
Roster:
Monday – Friday
Here's what awaits you:
Build asset hierarchy for the plant.
Conduct asset criticality assessments.
Review Safe Work Procedures and Plant Area processing manuals.
Create monthly site project update slide packs and presentations.
Identify, verify, procure, and deliver maintenance tooling and equipment for the new plant, liaising with site and contractors to ensure fit-for-purpose equipment and raising CERs.
Develop, schedule, and coordinate maintenance training for the new plant.
Develop and roll out site onboarding materials.
To thrive in this role, you'll bring:
Expertise and Accomplishments:
A tertiary qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with extensive experience in a similar role or asset management experience at a senior level, ideally within a gold or mineral processing plant environment.
Strong knowledge of Asset Management best practices.
S solutions-focused with strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to foresee and plan for potential scenarios, mitigating risks.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CMMS, ideally Pronto.
Knowledge of the Mine Safety and Inspection Act & Regulations.
