Key Highlights:

  • Support the delivery of operations readiness activities for upstream development.
  • Develop and implement entry strategies for subsea and floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) scopes.

The Browse project is a major offshore gas development located in Western Australia. As an experienced operations readiness specialist, you will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to enable safe and efficient operations throughout the project lifecycle.

This position focuses on delivering entry strategies for subsea and FPSO scopes, providing detailed input into tender packages. The role involves collaboration across engineering, operations, digital, and procurement teams to ensure operational considerations are embedded early.

Responsibilities:

  • Support integrated asset readiness planning and develop strategic plans for safe and efficient operations.
  • Engage closely with engineering, corporate, and contracting & procurement teams to ensure operational considerations are embedded early.
  • Promote strong governance, ethical conduct, and alignment with company values.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet readiness and project objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Minimum of 10 years' multidisciplinary experience within the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven experience in Maintenance, Operations, and Subsea Engineering.
  • Proficient in digital, data, and IT systems relevant to asset operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence, governance, and compliance.
