Seeking an experienced End User/Desktop Support Engineer to join a large government organisation on a 12 months fixed term contract to provide face to face support to a range of end-users.

**Responsibilities**:

- User onboarding & offboarding, password resets via Azure Active Directory
- Troubleshoot software and hardware issues and provide solutions in a timely manner
- Assist with basic network and security setup and maintenance
- Document support incidents and solutions in a ticketing system using ServiceNow or similar
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to computer systems

**Requirements**:

- MUST BE BASED IN SYDNEY
- 3+ years of experience in level 1-2 desktop support role
- Strong technical skills in Windows operating systems and Microsoft O365
- Good understanding of networking aspects such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP
- ITIL Foundation Certificate (or equiv. experience)
- **Excellent customer service and communication skills**:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Work a rotating roster onsite in Parramatta Monday to Friday between 9am - 6pm
