**About the Opportunity**

The Manager, Partners and Sponsors will lead a transformation of the State Library Victoria's capabilities in corporate engagement leading to enhanced commercial outcomes. The role leads the Partnerships team with responsibility for strategic partnerships and business development to grow income through sponsorships and corporate member programs. Collaborating closely with other branches across the Library, the Manager, Partners and Sponsors leads a number of important transformation projects running in the short and longer term.

**About You**

In addition, you will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in a business-related degree or equivalent experience relating to stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated experience in soliciting, securing and managing complex corporate partnerships and sponsorships.
- Demonstrated experience in leading growth in commercial outcomes through sponsorships and corporate engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of people, including fostering a supporting environment conducive to delivery of successful outcomes.
- A strong track record of successfully building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience advocating and communicating on a high level, including delivering presentations and creating documentation for commercial use (contracts, business cases etc).
- Demonstrated experience in leading and driving continuous improvement/ program enhancement as a result of data evaluation and analysis.
