Tableside Creatives is looking for a Content Creator to join our growing team — someone who lives and breathes hospitality and knows how to tell a visual story across social platforms.

Responsibilities
Capture and create photo and video content for some of Melbourne and Victoria's top venues
Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
Write engaging, brand-aligned captions for posts and stories
Respond to DMs, comments, and reviews in the brand's tone of voice
Work with the account management team to align content with campaign goals
Develop briefs and shot lists for our in-house production team
Stay on top of social trends, foodie culture, and what's working in the wild
Review post performance and suggest creative optimisations
Qualifications
A sharp eye for visuals and strong understanding of social media trends
Proficiency in Instagram and TikTok, including reels, stories, and native editing
Copywriting skills that reflect brand tone and voice
Hospitality marketing experience (in-house or freelance/social roles preferred)
Ability to juggle multiple brands, calendars, and creative formats
Highly organised with a proactive, team-first attitude
Bonus if you've used tools like Canva, CapCut, Later, Planoly, or Meta Business Suite
Previous agency experience is not required — just a passion for hospitality, a strong content portfolio, and serious social fluency.
