**Asset Data Improvement Team Leader**
- Gold Coast based
- Up to 95 per hour+ Super

The Asset Data Improvement Team Leader is accountable for the integrity and completeness of our asset data, ensuring it meets corporate and business requirements.

As the Team Leader, you will be responsible for:

- Identifying, developing, and implementing data improvement programs and initiatives.
- Conducting stakeholder engagement to determine what data improvements the asset custodians require.
- Developing visualisation of data to help inform decision making.
- Providing knowledge and support to your three direct reports and the wider team.

**What you bring to your new role**
- Relevant tertiary education or equivalent experience.
- You are a human-centred leader committed to modelling positive leadership behaviors and focusing on creating an environment where our people can grow, develop and be their best selves.
- A high level of attention to detail with 'out-of-the-box' thinking.
- Excellent communication skills with particular emphasis in the areas of consultation, negotiations and influencing change.
