Asset Data Management Specialist

This role is key to the capture and maintenance of asset and spatial data, ensuring high-quality processes and data.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Capture and management of asset and spatial data from various sources.
  • Input into process improvements and workflows.
  • Prepare reports on asset data.
  • Maintain the quality and integrity of asset and spatial data.

Responsibilities also include undertaking field validation of asset data and basic condition assessments to update the Council's asset register.

About You / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing complex data sets and a solid understanding of asset management systems. They must be able to interpret engineering drawings and cross-validate with spatial data.

  • Proven ability to manage large datasets and GIS systems.
  • Knowledge of asset management best practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
