This high-impact role is perfect for an experienced retail leader who thrives on driving performance, elevating customer experience, and leading with purpose. You'll suport and drive store success, inspire a high-performing team, and represent a brand known for excellence in innovation, quality, and people-first values.
As the Assistant Store Manager , you'll be responsible for driving commercial success, supporting and leading a successful team, whilst ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience.
This is a chance to step into a visible leadership role with full accountability for the store's operations, team performance, and overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Support the team to achieve and exceed sales, service, and profitability goals
Have daily conversion, set sales targets, and motivate the team to deliver results
Drive a high-performance culture through coaching, development, and feedback
Support and manage all operational areas: rosters, stock control, and visual merchandising
Build strong local community relationships
Maintain high standards in store presentation, cleanliness, and compliance
Action mystery shop results, audit outcomes, and customer feedback initiatives
About You
Proven retail leadership experience in a high-volume retail environment
Strong commercial and operational acumen with a drive for results
Confident in leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
High attention to detail and a hands-on leadership style
Passionate about creating memorable customer experiences
