Our client based South of the River is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor/HR Administrator who will provide critical support across the HR team with the opportunity to progress into a senior role. An extremely diverse position, this role will provide day to day operational support to the management leaders and employees. The key focus of the role will be to coordinate and manage all onboarding and offboarding tasks within the team.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the Talent Acquisition Advisor/HR Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:

- Reviewing position descriptions.
- Advertising of vacancies via various advertising methods.
- Arrange interview panels, including venues, times and panel membership, and contacting applicants to advise interview times.
- Arrange pre-employment requirements including reference checking, police checks, pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol testing, police clearances.
- Produce employment contracts.
- Appointment and on boarding including entering new employee data
- Ensure all required documentation are received, appropriately signed and filed.
- Finalise recruitment checklists for new starter.
- Main point of contact for enquiries.
- Ensure efficient operation of the recruitment and selection by working cohesively and in consultation with the HR Business Partners.
- Assist HR Business Partners with recruitment administration.
- A track record and relevant experience in a related role.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-pace environment with competing priorities.
- An ability to build relationships and with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound customer service skills
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to exercise judgement, discretion and sensitivity when dealing
with recruitment matters.
- Ability to manage own time in regard to priorities and own work
requirements.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills in order to work effectively in an
open plan, team environment.
