Finance Analyst – Melbourne

We're looking for a skilledFinance Analystto support the General Manager Finance – Collision, working from our office in St Kilda Road.
This role is ideal for a driven finance professional who thrives on analysis, reporting, and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning
Work collaboratively with key stakeholders provide data-driven insights into the business.
Conduct scenario and variance analysis across business units
Support commercial initiatives and capital planning
Prepare timely and accurate management reports and presentations
Drive continuous improvement streamlining and improving of internal reporting.
Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting for internal and external stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Engineering, plus CA/CPA/CFA or near completion.
Proven experience in FP&A or similar finance roles
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Advanced Excel and Power BI capability
Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
Desirable:
An analytical mindset and an interest in driving commercial processes.
Strong financial modelling skills, ability to build new reporting & SQL experience.
Exposure to industrial, services, or collision repair sectors
