Job Description

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Develop and maintain financial dashboards and reports using Power BI to provide accurate, real-time insights across all business units.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate complex data into clear, impactful financial metrics.
- Analyse financial performance and key drivers, delivering data-backed recommendations to improve business outcomes.
- Automate financial reporting processes, streamlining workflows for efficiency and accuracy.
- Ensure data integrity by identifying discrepancies, troubleshooting issues, and working with IT on system enhancements.
- Present key financial insights to senior management, including variance analysis and strategic recommendations.
- Lead and train teams on Power BI and reporting tools, developing user guides and running training sessions.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic projects, contributing to financial planning and business growth initiatives.
The Successful Applicant

To be successful in this role you must have
- Degree in Accounting or Finance
- CA / CPA qualified
- Experience in a complex and fast pace environment
- Proven experience in financial analysis & reporting
- Advanced Power BI & Excel proficiency
- Strong analytic & problem-solving skills
- Ability to present financial data clearly to stakeholders
- Proactive with strong initiative & accountability
