We're looking for a skilled Finance Analyst to support the General Manager Finance - Collision, working from our office in St Kilda Road.This role is ideal for a driven finance professional who thrives on analysis, reporting, and partnering with business leaders to drive informed decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planningWork collaboratively with key stakeholders provide data-driven insights into the business.Conduct scenario and variance analysis across business unitsSupport commercial initiatives and capital planningPrepare timely and accurate management reports and presentationsDrive continuous improvement streamlining and improving of internal reporting.Assist with ad hoc projects and reporting for internal and external stakeholdersWhat You'll Bring:Tertiary qualification in Finance, Commerce, or Engineering, plus CA/CPA/CFA or near completion.Proven experience in FP&A or similar finance rolesStrong analytical skills and attention to detailAdvanced Excel and Power BI capabilityStrong communication skills and ability to work independentlyDesirable:An analytical mindset and an interest in driving commercial processes.Strong financial modelling skills, ability to build new reporting & SQL experience.Exposure to industrial, services, or collision repair sectorsWhy AMA Group?
