Dental Assistant / Receptionist – Join Our Modern Dental Studio

We are seeking an experienced, motivated Dental practice manager and Assistant / Receptionist to join our professional and friendly team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who values high-quality patient care and wants to be part of a supportive, modern practice.

Role Overview

This is a dual role covering both reception and chairside assistance. You will be the first point of contact for our patients, while also playing a vital part in supporting our dentists to deliver outstanding clinical care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and manage patients in a professional, caring manner
  • Assist chairside during procedures and maintain sterilisation standards
  • Uphold strict infection control protocols
  • Manage bookings, patient records, payments and general administration
  • Contribute to a positive team culture and smooth daily operations

What We're Looking For

  • Previous experience in dental assisting or reception (essential)
  • Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting (preferred but not essential)
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to patient care
  • Ability to work well in a busy team environment and adapt to changing priorities
