- Temporary Full-Time for up to 12 months
- Location: Parramatta (Hybrid working)
- Clerk Grade 7/8, Salary ($101,947 pa - $112,849 pa), plus employer's contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

**About us**
The Strategic Procurement team provides support, advice and services for a range of procurement activities to the Department, the Stronger Communities Cluster and beyond. Our diverse portfolio includes the procurement of Goods and Services, ICT, Professional Services, and Human Services for divisions such as Corrective Services NSW, Courts and Tribunals, Chid Protection and Housing. As the lead agency for the Stronger Communities Cluster, the team also provides procurement support to non-accredited agencies and Cluster-level reporting to NSW Procurement and NSW Treasury.
**About the role**
This role forms part of the team that provides procurement support and advice and is focused on Tender and Contract Disclosure administration, and also providing first level support for simple procurement enquiries. The role requires an understanding of procurement processes to be able to ensure compliance when publishing tenders and disclosures. All work is undertaken via Outlook, Teams, eTenders, Jaggaer Advantage, and Excel, so a high proficiency with systems is required.
**Essential requirements**
1-2 years' experience in Procurement, preferably in relation to tenders or disclosures.
**About you**
We are looking for someone with great attention to detail, system-savvy, along with great customer service and communication skills. Experience with eTender, Jaggaer Advantage or other procurement system would be advantageous.
