We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and people-oriented HR Manager to join our team and contribute to our mission of creating an outstanding work environment.Position Overview:The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's culture, managing human capital, and supporting the overall business objectives.
This is a strategic position that will ensure the smooth execution of HR operations, including recruitment, while also influencing the long-term development of our people and company.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Lead the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring, ensuring we attract and retain top talent for all levels of the organization.Performance Management: Implement a robust performance management system, driving employee development, accountability, and career growth.Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that the organization complies with all labor regulations and maintains up-to-date HR policies that minimize risk.Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management and employees, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and fostering a supportive environment.Learning & Development: Lead initiatives for employee training, development, and retention programs to support the professional growth of our workforce.Compensation & Benefits: Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and employee rewards to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction.Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize HR metrics and analytics to provide insights and support decision-making processes.HR Systems Management: Oversee the efficient operation of HR systems and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data regulations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR management, with a track record of success in a strategic role.Strong knowledge of local and national employment laws and regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.Preferred Skills:A strategic thinker who can align HR initiatives with broader organizational goals.An excellent communicator with a proven ability to build relationships and manage sensitive situations with discretion and empathy.A strong leader with experience managing cross-functional teams and fostering a collaborative work environment.A hands-on problem solver, able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and the ability to maintain compliance.Proficient in HR software and systems, with a data-driven approach to people management.What We Offer:A dynamic and inclusive workplace culture where your contributions are valued.Opportunities for professional development and career progression.Flexibility and support for work-life balance.A chance to make a real impact on the company's future and the success of its people.
