**About Us**

Smile Sensations is a leading general dental and implant clinic with 6 locations around Canberra. We have a fantastic team of dentists, oral health therapists, hygienists, and support staff.

**About the Role**:
Casual receptionist position to fill in at where needed most. We have 7 locations: Manuka, Calwell, Casey, Weston Creek, Jerrabomberra, Canberra City and Ainslie. This position will be mainly at Weston Creek, Manuka, Canberra City and Ainslie but you may be required at other sites where staff shortages are experienced.

Shifts are anywhere from 7.5-8.5 hours long.

We are looking for someone to start ASAP.

Experience is preferred. Wage range provided is at casual rates for adult above 21 years of age. Higher hourly rate only considered for experienced applicants.

- **Incoming Calls**:

- **Booking Appointments**:

- **Explaining Treatment Plans**:

- **Payment Plans**:

- **Converting leads from advertising**:

- **Maintaining a Call Log and Trackers**:

- **Reporting KPIs to Management Team**:

- **Managing appointment books**
