Nexia Canberra is amongst Canberra's premier mid-tier Chartered Accounting firms with a reputation for providing quality financial solutions for our clients in Canberra and the surrounding region. We provide expert tax, audit, management consulting, financial and business services nationally and internationally.

We currently have a full-time position in our Operations team for a well-presented Receptionist.

As a great team player together with your proficient administration skills and exceptional client service focus, you will be a key contributor to the Operations team in your forward thinking and positive attitude.

This is a busy and varied role and your main purpose will be to ensure that all aspects of Reception run smoothly and efficiently. In addition to the regular duties of a receptionist, you will also be required to provide high level administrative support to various divisions within Nexia Canberra as well as providing support to the administration team when needed.

The reception area is a focal point of the office for both staff and clients. It is important to maintain a professional and tranquil, yet friendly area that reflects the character of the firm.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and general commuting skills
- Professional presentation and a friendly manner
- Ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels, with a strong focus on building relationships and customer service
- Ability to use initiative, judgement and discretion when dealing with clients and staff within the firm
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to follow directions, a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- An enthusiastic and pro-active approach.

Prior experience in a similar role will be highly regarded.
