**About the Role**

In this role in our Respiratory team, as Medical Lead - Biologics, you'll be responsible for the execution and success of GSK's medical strategy in this space for our respiratory portfolio. Acting as an advocate for GSK Australia at a global level and being able to collaborate with the wider medical team to drive success.

Your role will be varied and will include:

- Interact with global governance structures, clearly articulating Australia's needs.
- Pre-launch & Launch strategy, and pipeline assessments, with an initial focus on Respiratory / Biologics
- Use medical and technical expertise to liaise with external experts, health care professionals and scientific researchers
- Provide medical and technical expertise to scientific submissions, and to marketing and sales.
- Provide external insights to internal teams to assist in business, clinical development and strategic planning
- Act as a delegate for the Medical Director when needed, demonstrating the ability to lead and influence the wider team

**About you?**

To be successful in the role, you'll have a demonstrated track record in a similar role (ideally within the Biologics space). You'll demonstrate a growth mindset in ways to improve quality and processes, timelines and other business solutions.

You'll also bring:

- Strong project management skills, with proven medical governance capability
- Excellent communication skills, able to gather information and appropriately weight collaborative opinion from the wider business.
- Ability to draw on a wide range of internal and external sources to find information & solutions
- Experience or understanding of Biologics would be advantageous
