**What's the role?**
- Manage delivery and technical requirements with vendors for Fantasy and Tipping.
- Define and manage internal and external teams to ensure delivery of sports roadmap.
- Represent the development team to wider business enabling them to focus on outputs.
- Manage, maintain and enhance web and mobile products across our suite of sports products so that they provide market-leading value to both consumers and advertisers.
- Create and manage project briefs, the scope of work, whilst working closely with product management, editorial, marketing, and sales teams to schedule product delivery.

**Who are you?**
- Proven experience as a delivery manager coupled with experience in a fast-paced role.
- You have the ability to think on your feet and show a lot of initiative.
- Process minded who has high levels of energy and enthusiasm.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- You are able to provide visibility of scope, prioritisation, and progress through a feature backlog, effort and maintain flow by removing business value metrics.
- Goal orientated delivery manager who can manage and track progress blockers.
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving delivery issues within agreed timeframes
- Competent in developing and implementing continuous process improvements and best practices.
- Proven experience and knowledge of one or more Agile frameworks as acquired through practical experience.
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking skills, facilitation, consultative skills with proven ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to deal with people at all levels of an organisation including liaising with a wide range of senior management stakeholders.
