Anatoli Pizza & Pasta is looking for a passionate and skilled Cook to join our kitchen team.
We specialize in delicious Italian cuisine, and we're seeking someone who brings both culinary expertise and a love for creating quality dishes in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Key Responsibilities:Examining foodstuffs to ensure quality and freshnessRegulating temperatures of ovens, grills, and other cooking equipmentPreparing and cooking a variety of Italian dishesSeasoning food during the cooking processPortioning food, plating, and adding gravies, sauces, and garnishesStoring food properly in temperature-controlled facilitiesPreparing meals to meet special dietary requirementsMay assist in menu planning and food quantity estimationMay train and supervise junior kitchen staff and apprenticesRequirements:Minimum years of relevant cooking experienceAQF Certificate III in Commercial Cookery including at least 2 years of on-the-job training, orAQF Certificate IV in a related fieldKnowledge of food safety and hygiene practicesAbility to work effectively under pressure in a busy kitchen environmentStrong attention to detail and a passion for high-quality food.Ideal Candidate:Has a strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.Is reliable, organized, and able to work under pressure.Possesses a genuine passion for cooking and attention to detail.Enjoys working as part of a close-knit team.If you're an experienced cook looking to join a welcoming team and serve authentic Italian cuisine, we'd love to hear from you.Apply Now: Send your resume to ***********************
