About the role

Mulgrave Country Club is seeking an experienced and skilled Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. As a Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals for our club members and guests. This is a casual position based at our club in Wheelers Hill.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a variety of delicious and visually appealing dishes from our diverse menu
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation and hygiene
  • Collaborating with the Kitchen Management Team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of new menu items
  • Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role
  • Strong working knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation
  • Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality meals
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a desire to provide an exceptional dining experience
