Mid Murray Support Service (MMSS) is seeking compassionate and reliable Support Workers to join our dedicated team. If you're passionate about making a difference in the lives of older Australians and thrive in a community-based setting, we'd love to hear from you.

**What We're Looking For**:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent - **required**

Current First Aid & CPR Certificate - **required**

**Your Skills & Strengths**:

- Proficient in delivering all aspects of personal care
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent initiative
- Confident in using mobile apps and electronic documentation
- Respectful of personal boundaries, dignity, and cultural needs

**You Must Also Have**:

- Valid Driver's Licence - **required**:

- Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance - **required**:

- National Police Clearance and DCSI (Aged Care & Working with Children) - **required**:

- Up-to-date Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations - **preferred**

Pay: $23.96 - $49.01 per hour

Expected hours: 10 - 38 per week
