Are you a team player with outstanding leadership skills and passionate about all aspects of electrical works. An opportunity to join Ventia's Motorways and Tunnels team becomes available for a Network Maintenance Supervisor.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Network I&M Maintenance Manager, the Network Maintenance Supervisor will ensure that the maintenance/project is delivered within the guidelines of Ventia's standard business practices, and it meets contractual obligations.

**What you'll be doing**
- Implement and monitors work practices and standards to ensure QA/QC, environmental and safe work procedures are adhered to standards
- Ensures all maintenance/project work is carried out to the approved drawings and specifications and that correct work practices are always engaged
- Supervises and directs site personnel in the project/maintenance area
- Ensures/organise efficient scheduling, planning, procurement, and labour of maintenance/project
- Set-up and maintains reports to monitor contractual/project KPIs
- Communicating with internal clients and team members on a regular basis on progress and issues
- Liaises with site management contractors for resolution of site technical (Mechanical & Electrical), Civil & Incident Response matters.
- Ability to hands on for Roadside equipment, Electromechanical and fire system, as required.
- Ensure the compliance of all Civil & Landscaping works.
- Manage Incident Response works, and all plant associated with operations.

**About you**
- Electrical Trade qualifications or equivalent
- HV Operator experience (HV network - switching and maintenance)
- Civil & Landscaping experience.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the same capacity
- Experience within the Roads & Transport industry
- General Construction Induction Card (White Card)
- Ability to work on planned night shifts as required
- MR Driver's license required
- Be organised and able to prioritise demands and handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously including
- Ability to collaborate as part of a supportive high-performing team
- Experience in procurement to ensure deliveries meet maintenance schedule requirements
- Ability to implement safe work systems & environmental controls
- Excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail
