The OpportunityJoin Cleanaway and take the lead in maintaining one of our largest organics processing facilities, operating on a 24/7 production schedule.
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to manage a team of fitters and ensure smooth day-to-day maintenance operations at our Eastern Creek site.Lead and supervise a team of 7 fitters responsible for fixed plant maintenanceDevelop and coordinate daily maintenance plans in collaboration with the Maintenance PlannerOversee purchasing of consumables and inventory partsAllocate resources and manage workloads to meet operational demandsEnsure compliance with safety standards and operational proceduresLiaise with stakeholders across operations, electrical, and engineering teamsAbout YouProven supervisory experience within a large industrial or processing facilityRelevant trade or technical qualification (e.g. Fitter, Boilermaker, or Engineering background)Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipmentStrong computer skills (experience using JDE and Coupa systems is a plus)Excellent organisational and communication skillsStrong safety focus and the ability to work collaboratively across departmentsAbout UsJoinus at Cleanaway and contribute to making a sustainable future possible, together.We transform waste into resources and renewable energy.
