**About the Role**:
As our Workshop Foreman, you'll be the driving force behind a high-functioning service team. From managing workflow and mentoring technicians to diagnosing the trickiest of faults, you'll keep the wheels turning and the standards sky-high.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Delivering excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
- Acting as the key link between Service Advisors, customers, and the workshop
- Liaising with the Workshop Controller on work status, delays, and additional repairs
- Providing expert mechanical advice and insights on vehicle conditions
- Leading and mentoring technicians and apprentices with confidence and clarity
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing complex faults using advanced diagnostic tools
- Performing and overseeing service and repair tasks as required
- Conducting quality control checks and test drives post-service
- Rolling out training sessions and maintaining technical know-how across the team
- Ensuring clear communication on service bulletins and new model updates
- Managing workshop equipment, tools, and safety protocols
- Keeping detailed records of tool usage, repairs, and preventative maintenance
- Upholding cleanliness and care standards for every vehicle
- Jumping in with admin tasks like warranty order processing when needed
- Promoting a safe, clean, and positive workshop culture

**About You - Our Kind of Teammate**:

- A **Certificate III in Light Vehicle Mechanical Technology** - a must have
- A **Roadworthy Certification License**:

- Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire a high-performing team
- A deep understanding of automotive diagnostics and repair processes
- Confidence liaising with both customers and service staff
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- A focus on safety, efficiency, and team development
- Experience managing workflow and maintaining workshop standards
- A genuine passion for the industry and a desire to help others grow
- You've got a full driver's licence and a passion for cars
