**About you**:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive workshop
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
- In-depth knowledge of Mercedes-Benz vehicles highly regarded
- A commitment to quality and customer satisfaction
- A positive, can-do attitude and an excellent communicator
- Automotive qualifications & current driver's license
