You'll enjoy steady work, loyal customers, and the chance to be part of a refreshed, forward-thinking business.Our Pool Shop in Fairy Meadow provides complimentary digital water testing, as well as supplying a range of pool equipment including chlorinators, filters, pumps, chemicals, cleaners, parts, etc including repairs.
We also provide on-site pool services, installation and maintenance.This is an exciting time to join us as we build something special - whether you have customer service experience, experienced in the industry or have a desire to learn, we're looking for a retail assistant who is passionate about their work, committed to providing exceptional customer service, and is honest and reliable.This is a long term position, with the opportunity for fulltime employment.Your duties may include;Customer Service - assisting with enquiries and providing accurate advicePool water testing - providing recommendations and solutionsEnsuring the store is presentable, stocked and organisedAssisting with purchase orders, invoicing, stocktake and general supportYou'll thrive in this role if you have;Retail or Customer Service experience (pool shop knowledge is an advantage, but not essential)Reliable, great attitude and willingness to learnStrong attention to detail & time managementComputer skills - point of sale & basic accounting software (Xero)Work well in a team environment, easy-going, with a solid work ethic.
