Customer Service Role

Our fashion store is looking for an experienced and friendly sales assistant to provide exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive shopping experience. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting customers with product selections, offering styling advice, and maintaining a clean and inviting store environment.

  • Key responsibilities:

Assist customers in finding the right products and provide expert advice on fashion trends

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, responding to their queries, and resolving any issues promptly
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain store appearance
  • Participate in visual merchandising, stock replenishment, and inventory management tasks as required
  • Support store operations during peak periods and flexible work arrangements may be necessary
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a passion for providing style advice, and relevant retail experience. You should also be able to adapt your selling style to meet the needs of individual customers and commit to a shift pattern with some flexibility.

  • Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing sales/retail role in a team environment

  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced retail environment
