Pool Sales Assistant Job

As a Pool Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting with enquiries. You will also conduct pool water testing, maintain a presentable store, and assist with purchase orders.

This role involves working in a team environment, providing accurate advice, and maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times. You will thrive in this role if you have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Our ideal candidate is reliable, has a great attitude, and a willingness to learn. You will be proficient in computer skills, including point of sale and basic accounting software. A solid work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist with enquiries
  • Conduct pool water testing and provide recommendations and solutions
  • Maintain a presentable and stocked store
  • Assist with purchase orders and invoicing
Requirements:
  • Previous retail or customer service experience (pool shop knowledge is an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in computer skills, including point of sale and basic accounting software
  • Able to work well in a team environment and have a solid work ethic
