The successful applicant must have a complete understanding of food and wine service and an absolute passion for providing an outstanding customer experience. Wine knowledge is essential as is a RSA Certificate and current references. Previous a la carte experience is a must.

You will be working alongside the Restaurant Manager in the day to day running of the venue, as well as training staff and helping with wine purchasing and stock control.

This salaried position requires strong leadership skills and would ideally suit a confident, enthusiastic person with well-developed food and beverage skills.

Our service is professional, yet informal, and we are located directly adjacent to the Highett Train Station, so accessibility via public transport is a breeze.

The restaurant is open for dinner Tuesday to Sunday, and for lunch on Saturday and Sundays.
