We're seeking a proactive and capableWarehouse Inventory Coordinatorto lead our warehouse operations and ensure our inventory is accurate, well-organised, and optimally managed across the supply chain.
Responsibilities
Managing inventory receiving, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
Maintaining accurate inventory records using our ERP system (Priority).
Monitoring and improving stock accuracy through cycle counts and annual stocktakes.
Collaborating with the purchasing, production, and customer service teams to ensure smooth supply chain flow.
Assisting with warehouse layout optimisation, stock location systems, and space utilisation improvements.
Developing and implementing processes that reduce handling errors, wastage, and lead times.
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a Warehouse operations or similar leadership role.
Understanding of inventory management principles and logistics.
Experience working with ERP systems (ideally Priority or similar).
A clear grasp of supply chain processes from purchasing to production to customer delivery.
Proactive mindset, someone who identifies problems and solves them before they escalate.
Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle competing priorities.
