Warehouse Operations Associate

    Job Description:

The Warehouse Operations Associate will be responsible for receiving and processing inventory, conducting quality checks, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

    Responsibilities:

  • Receiving and processing incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy and completeness of deliveries
  • Conducting quality checks and testing procedures on received items as per company standards
  • Safely and efficiently placing items onto designated racks or shelves, organizing warehouse space to optimize storage and accessibility
  • Performing regular stock counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records, reconciling discrepancies and reporting any inventory issues to the supervisor
  • Maintaining detailed records of received items, testing results, and inventory movements, updating inventory management systems and databases accurately and in a timely manner
  • Adhering to all safety protocols and procedures within the warehouse environment, maintaining a clean and orderly workspace to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others

    Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory management tasks
  • Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy items safely
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment

    Working Conditions:

  • This position primarily operates within a warehouse environment
  • May require standing, walking, lifting, and bending
