We are seeking an experienced Pressure Test Technician to join the EnerMech team at our Henderson Workshop, at times this individual may also support our local and remote projects. Primarily this position will be responsible for pressure testing, writing and creation of reports and certification of assets.

Generally, the position will carry out the following activities:

- Carry out hydrostatic or pneumatic pressure testing activities in line with company procedures and relevant standards.
- Assembly of test items including hoses, spools, valves and fittings.
- Equipment rig up i.e., organising test spreads in accordance with testing requirements.
- Assembly of flanged joints using controlled bolting methods.
- Equipment operation of relevant equipment e.g. air compression spreads, hydrostatic pressure testing spreads and other equipment related to works.
- Operation of Dryers, HP Boosters and Nitrogen Membranes / Generators, helium quads /dosing pump and associated equipment.
- General pre-start check-ups, ie, filter condition, oil levels, oil leakages, visual checks, oil top up if required etc.
- Operation and recording of equipment during testing and QA documentation.

**Ideally you will have**:

- Specific proven practical experience in leak testing, nitrogen services, controlled bolting, hydrostatic pressure testing or other related services to the position requirements.
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Literate with good communication skills
- Ability to use basic Microsoft Office packages (Word, Excel etc.)

**Preferred**:

- Pipe/tube fitting
- Significant experience across a wide variety of pressure testing works
- Able to read and interpret P&IDs, Isometric and other drawings.
- Experience with leak testing / pneumatic testing
