Project Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our Lifecycle Management team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing product introductions, discontinuations, and packaging projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate new product introductions and end-of-lifecycle processes
  • Oversee printed packaging materials throughout their lifecycle
  • Act as subject matter expert for printed materials during audits and investigations
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to global initiatives
  • Support vendor changes and resolve supply chain issues

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver compliant, timely, and cost-effective outcomes. You will also have the opportunity to drive process improvements and contribute to the development of global initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business or relevant discipline
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated environment (preferred)
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities
