Senior Digital Business Analyst

This role is a crucial part of our organization, requiring a senior digital business analyst to support the digital product owner in transforming customer and business problems into solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating solutions into effective documentation, ensuring the team is engaged and aligned.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within the digital environment, with a strong understanding of modern digital frameworks and methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, lean, design thinking, human-centered design, multivariate testing, process mapping, flow charting, continuous improvement, test automation, and others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the digital product owner in facilitating the transformation of customer and business problems into solutions.
  • Translate solutions into effective documentation, ensuring the team is engaged and aligned.
  • Define improvements to features and processes.
  • Assist decision-makers in gathering information to make informed decisions.
  • Support quality assurance-test solutions.
  • Effectively communicate how features and processes work.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience as a business analyst within the digital environment.
  • A strong understanding of modern digital frameworks and methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work with autonomy and take initiative.
  • Proven track record in communicating requirements verbally and through user stories.
