Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers across all solutions towers to identify opportunities for strategic growth.">
  • Develop a rich understanding of voice and data networking solutions and serve as a source of knowledge for our teams.">
  • Build strong relationships with sales and customer success teams to provide thought leadership on products, demand, and new innovations.">
  • Foster relationships with our partner community and engage them through briefings, training, and other forms of engagement.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">

- 10 years industry experience, including at least 5 years in an end-to-end solution customer-facing and technical pre-sales role.

">

- Broad understanding of communications standards and technologies, including but not limited to: Networking Technologies, Cloud Infrastructure, Voice and Unified Communications, Security Standards, and International Networking and Architecture.

">

- Ability to evaluate solutions using multiple dimensions, including technical, commercial, and operational.

">

- Strong communication skills to articulate benefits, risks, and commercial frameworks of solution options.

">
