Job Overview:

This is an exceptional opportunity to support senior leadership in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the broader finance community including 5 direct reports as well as Executive Assistant support to our CFO.
  • Executive support will include diary and email management, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, agendas, and minute taking, invoice processing, and expense reconciliations, and financial administration.
  • Support operational projects, pull together data, manage Excel spreadsheets, produce reports, and streamline processes.
About You:
  • An experienced EA with a track record of delivering executive-level support in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Proactive, energetic, and positive attitude coupled with maturity, confidentiality, and diplomacy.
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • A committed team player with a passion for helping and collaborating with diverse individuals in a busy environment.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, effectively handling multiple tasks, managing and prioritising workflow, and anticipating needs for senior leaders and the business before they arise.
