As the Project Officer, dependent on skills and experience, you would be able to:

- Provide project research, analysis and administrative support to technical teams within OCG.
- Contribute to and assist with the preparation of well researched policy papers, briefs, reports, and submissions to meet scheduled timeframes
- Participate as a member of a multidisciplinary team to assist and deliver project outcomes for complex, large-scale development proposals and strategic planning initiatives.
- Monitor, maintain and assist in coordinating administrative systems and operational reporting tools to support coordination of whole of office strategic priorities.
- Assist in managing consultants undertaking engineering, economic, environmental, probity, planning, financial valuation, agronomic and legal consultancies.
- Attend meetings and forums as required with key stakeholders and establish effective and positive relationships across the Office, department, government and with stakeholders.
- Monitor emerging trends of key strategic priorities
- Perform other tasks as required by the Director, Manager and team members.
