About the Role
As the Finance Officer, you will work closely with the company's leadership team and accountant to ensure accurate financial management, reporting, and compliance across the organisation.
You will also be responsible for overseeing payroll, contracts, insurance, and project reporting, while ensuring all processes meet regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and prepareBAS submissionsand ensure compliance with ATO requirements.
Handlesuperannuationprocessing and compliance.
Managepayroll processing and reporting.
Track and processcreditors and debtors.
Manageinsurance renewals, claims, and documentation.
Assist with project contract management and financial documentation.
Prepare accuratefinancial reportsfor the leadership team and accountant.
Overseeproject reportingand budget tracking.
Maintain and updatework health and safety (WHS) documentation and management.
UtiliseMYOB(minimum 7 years' experience required) for all financial processes.
Work extensively with theMicrosoft Suite, includingSharePoint and OneDrivefor document management and reporting.
About You
You are detail-oriented, proactive, and bring strong problem-solving skills.
With extensive experience in MYOB and a solid understanding of financial compliance, you are confident in managing complex financial processes while supporting the broader business.

Minimum 7 years' experience withMYOB.
Knowledge ofBAS, ATO requirements, and superannuation.
Proven experience infinance reportingto leadership and accountants.
Strong skills ininsurance management, contracts, payroll, and WHS documentation.
Experience withcreditors/debtors management and project reporting.
Advanced knowledge ofMicrosoft Office Suitewith demonstrated experience inSharePoint and OneDrive.
