**The opportunity**

There's an endless opportunity in seeking to maximise the utilisation of the organisation's investments in IT services and provide inputs to roadmaps for the adoption of new or improved IT services, while staying current with emerging technologies and communicate those that may benefit the business, to the IT leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyse issues, translate business requirements into functional design, propose solutions and improvements, test, document and implement those changes.
- Ensure business and user community satisfaction and completion within SLA and defined KPIs, ensure the business objectives are met.
- Maintain close relationship with Finance stakeholders.
- Take ownership of small projects and ensure delivery within scope, time, and budget. Be responsible for the quality of deliverables, communication, change management.
- Provide input to project managers on project plans, build estimates and implementation plans.
- Perform unit testing, assist on user acceptance test, data migration and all relevant project activities as per project allocation.
- Review of SAP process design and updating of functional/technical documents.
- Drive Continual Service Improvement for IT Enterprise Applications to the following, as a minimum: Incorporate housekeeping, safety, and the environment to improve service quality.

**You demonstrate experience of 10+ years as SAP Finance and Controlling Consultant in both projects and support environments, sound knowledge of cross functional integration between Finance and various modules such as Sales and Distribution, Project Systems, Supply Chain and Logistics, and CRM.**

**Experience required**:

- Minimum 10 years of hands-on design and configuration experience in Finance and Controlling modules.
- Core SAP Finance & Controlling business processes knowledge, including Australian localization and taxation requirements.
- Financial transformation experience in SAP.
- Worked on defining complex WRICEFs.
- Worked on developing Functional specifications for object development.
- Good understanding of SAP technical objects, programs, tables, and reports.
- Team player with strong collaboration skills.
- Leadership and management skills.
- Personal drive and self-guided attitude.
- Senior stakeholder management.
