Founded in 2011 by the Wahlberg family; Chef Paul, Mark, and Donnie Wahlberg, the brand has a cult following across the United States.
During 2022, Wahlburgers leapt into the restaurant scene across Australia and we currently operate 4 restaurants in Australia including our store at the Paradise Centre in sunny Surfers Paradise.Here at Wahlburgers, our mission is to welcome guests like they're family and give them an exceptional dining experience.

"We are looking for a range of positions and experience levels and training will be provided to all successful candidates.Job functions include:Assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers with all facets of daily kitchen operations;Maintain our high standards for consistency in our recipe and menu item execution;Help maintain professional restaurant and team member image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards; andEnsure a safe and harassment-free environment for all Team Members and Managers;Critical Skills Excellent interpersonal/listening/communication skillsAbility to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm;Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment;Organized and systematic approach to work and the ability to prioritize efficiently;Attention to detail Specific requirementsKitchen Supervisors/Cooks (Full-Time)Minimum 3 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments; supervisory roles preferred;Extensive knowledge of kitchen operations and meticulous culinary skills; andAbility to manage inventory and allocate responsibilities and resources;Cooks & Kitchen Hands (Casual)Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments.Remuneration & Benefits:Team Members will be employed on a full-time, part-time or casual basis;Rosters will be flexible and take into account your commitments outside of work;Discounts on meals and merchandise;Access to on-the-job training programs in hospitality; andScope to grow within our organisation.MOST IMPORTANTLY: Consistently upholds Wahlburgers mission, vision, philosophy and core values through leadership by example.
