Job Opportunity

We are hiring Cooks & Kitchen Hands to be key members of our kitchen crew. As part of our daily operations, you will assist the Kitchen Managers and Assistant Kitchen Managers in maintaining consistency across our menu items and recipes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain high standards for cleanliness, uniforms, and appearance within the kitchen environment.
  • Ensure a safe and respectful work environment for all Team Members and Managers.
  • Assist with inventory management, allocating resources and responsibilities as needed.

Critical Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to inspire cooperation and teamwork through self-confidence, attitude, and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of operations and maintenance of commercial food preparation equipment.

Requirements:

  • Cooks & Kitchen Hands (Full-Time): Minimum 3 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments; supervisory roles preferred.
  • Cooks & Kitchen Hands (Casual): Minimum 2 years' kitchen work experience in high-volume environments.
