**Logan Central Dental**is looking for an exceptional **Dental Receptionist** to join our welcoming and dedicated teamLocated in the vibrant area of Logan, our practice is known for providing top-quality dental care in a comfortable and caring environment. We strive to make every patient's visit a pleasant and stress-free experience, and we're looking for someone to help us achieve this through excellent reception and administrative support.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Greet and assist patients with appointments, inquiries, and check-ins.

Manage patient scheduling, bookings, and confirmations.

Process patient billing, insurance claims, and payments.

Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.

Provide administrative support to the clinical team.

**About You**:
Experience preferred (If no experience we will train you on site) as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar customer/patient service role.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Friendly, approachable, and patient-focused.

Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a busy environment.

Knowledge of dental terminology or a willingness to learn is a bonus.

Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
