**The Role**:
As a Personal Care Worker at St. Louis Aged Care, you will work as part of a supportive team in a beautiful environment that fosters positive connections. You will be helping St Louis' much respected residents live a better-quality life, assisting with daily living activities including all aspects of personal care, and social activities with a strong focus on our clients and their choices.

**About You**:
As a Personal Care Worker you will demonstrate a genuine commitment to the care of others and appreciate the role of older people in society. You will have a strong work ethic, be reliable, and have a willingness to adhere to established care plans, as well as St Louis' Policies and Procedures.

Our selection criteria is based on character, qualifications, and competence.
- Covid-19 Vaccination and Booster (Essential)
- Yearly Flu Vaccination
- A polite manner and a passion for service to older members of the community
- Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care
- Reliability and flexibility to work
- A strong command of English
- Commitment to further undertake in-house education and training
- National Police Clearance (No more than 2 years old)
