In Australia, we operate two open cut and three underground Steelmaking coal mines in Queensland's Bowen Basin, every year producing millions of tonnes of the highest quality hard coking coal for this purpose.Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a Maintenance Planner to work across our heavy mobile or field and ancillary equipment portfolios at our Capcoal Mine in Middlemount.You will be accountable for developing, communicating and monitoring the short-term maintenance plan to ensure optimal equipment availability in accordance with the long-term maintenance plan.
This is achieved through monitoring performance against the plan and collaborating with Coordinators, Engineers and Supervisors.
In the medium term you will demonstrate ongoing performance improvement.To be successful in this role you will ensure compliance with all Anglo American safety and operating systems and a commitment to working together as part of a capable, friendly and professional team to achieve business objectives.
