Are you a motivated and enthusiastic Administration Officer with a passion for excellence in patient care? Do you have demonstrated leadership skills and experience within the Adult Specialist Clinic setting?
The Western Health Adult Specialist Clinics are looking for an Administration Team Leader to join our dynamic team. This role oversees the administrative functions and processes within Adult Specialist Clinics. This will include but not be exclusive to referral processing, appointment scheduling, customer service, Medicare Benefits Scheme billing, & management of administration staff.
This role will work collaboratively with the ASC Administration Manager and the leadership team more broadly across Adult outpatient services to ensure all specialist clinics administrative workforce, functions, systems and processes are delivered in an efficient and effective manner.
**To be Successful in this Role you**:
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to effectively manage staff
- Previous experience in a similar position within a Healthcare setting
- Be flexible, motivated and enthusiastic to provide excellence in patient centred care
- Demonstrated experience in iPM / BOSSNET / Cerner software systems
- Comprehensive understanding of DH Managing referrals to non-admitted specialist services in Victorian public health services policy and DH Victorian Integrated Non-Admitted Health (VINAH) data set
